You may already know exactly how you envisage your event: if so tell us and we will arrange it for you. However, if like most people, you don't know where to begin, don't worry - with our years of experience, we will guide you through the decisions.
In choosing to hold your event with us, you will be continuing the centuries-old tradition of hospitality at The Angel Hotel. Today's events may be somewhat more elaborate than those of old, however, we guarantee you our care and attention from your first enquiry until your last guest leaves.
The Angel Hotel is a 400 year-old coaching inn situated in the market place and an ideal venue to hold any event.
If you have not visited the hotel recently it will be well worth your while to pop in and see the facilities on offer to all of our guests. As well as the newly refurbished Avon Suite (including air conditioning) with a private bar, the ground-floor area of the hotel offers a Brasserie and a stylish lounge and bar. We can cater for up to 100 guests in the Avon Suite for a seated meal and 150 for a party or buffet .The Brasserie can be an ideal setting for a mid afternoon gathering.
Overnight accommodation is to be found in both the new Courtyard wing and in the more traditional atmosphere of the main building.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
To confirm the reservation for your event, we require a non-refundable deposit of £5.00 per person attending. Settlement of the full account, along with all the information and final numbers are required 14 days prior to the event date. Full settlement of your account will be required on booking if less than 14 days before the event. Vat at 17.5% is included in all of our prices.
